We pre booked the dining experience with drinks included (recommended) . The whole experience was fantastic, from arrival at the ticket office and during our stay we were treated like royalty. The food was excellent and the service even better. It's definitely a 'must do' experience when visiting Paris.
Dining at Madame Brasserie in the Eiffel Tower is definitely a memorable experience with an unbeatable view. The atmosphere and setting are hard to top.
That said, the food itself was a bit mediocre and didn’t quite live up to the expectations for the location. However, the service really made a difference—our waitress, Romane, was excellent. She was very attentive, friendly, and quick, which made the overall experience much more enjoyable.
Overall, worth visiting for the experience and service, but the food could be improved.
Save your money or burn it, but don’t spend it here!
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience.
Our booking was for lunch at 13:30, we arrived at the tower at 12:30 to give ourselves enough time to get up to the restaurant without rush.
We went to the pick-up kiosk at 12:30 and the lady said come back at 1pm to check-in.
We returned to the kiosk at 12:40 to find out now there is a line of at least 50 people in front of us just to check in. Waited there for 40 minutes just to check in.
Once checked in, a restaurant guide took us to the elevator, which was a shared elevator other people with general admission tickets, so we ended us lining up AGAIN for another 30 minutes. Photos are attached to see how long was the queue.
FINALLY, after almost 1.5 hour of waiting in different lines, we made it to the restaurant at 2pm.
Our seats were not even by the window as window seats are even more expensive so our view was just other people’s tables, photo attached!
Food was below average! Served COLD! Beef was fatty and tasteless. Chicken was cold to the point the sauce was dense on top instead of a nice hot runny sauce. We were served with cold bread to start, and no butter! We asked for butter, and never got it.
Honestly, save your money and go to a nice restaurant in Paris and enjoy.
If this place offers me free food made of gold, I would NOT come back.
