• Book a table with a Seine view and pay extra for nothing. The food was terrible, like something you'd find in a school or prison. What a nerve that two-Michelin-starred chef has! Please don't go. "RIP-OFF" DOESN'T EVEN COME CLOSE. • When you choose your dinner online, they show you a table map differentiated by three colors, one of them purple, next to the window. • Two menus to choose from: the very bad one at a normal price, and the bad one, which is more expensive and has the option to pay a hefty supplement to reserve a table with a city view. • Over €400 wasted. A complete rip-off. "Powerlessness" doesn't even begin to describe how frustrated I was when I told the maître d' that there must have been a mistake. They put us in a filthy corner of the dining room next to the leftovers and cutlery cart. • THE MAÈRE D'S REPLY!!! "You've reserved a table with a view of the Seine, and you can see the Seine," he said, pointing to the distant window behind two other tables with couples, where only the reflection of the glass was visible. Had the best night !! The food, the wine, the atmosphere the scenery and the Service our waiter Marat what is absolutely amazing. We had the time of our lives. He made sure that anything that we needed. He anticipated every step of the way.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Given the price, you would expect a much higher standard, but that wasn’t the case. In the end, you’re essentially paying for the view. The service was very friendly, but the rest of the experience fell short. The table was dirty and untidy, and a restaurant of this caliber should really use tablecloths. The photographer service should also be included in the price, considering how much you pay. Even they have fake candles on table. How absurd. The food was average, and the chicken was way over undercooked. The tables are also placed a little too close together. I mentioned in advance Two months earlier through email that it was a special occasion, a birthday, and requested a small gesture. However, I had to remind them before leaving. They eventually brought a candle on a plate of petit fours that was already included in the dinner service. In other words, there was no additional complimentary gesture, not even a small, simple piece of cake. I also noticed that other tables seemed to receive something similar. Overall, the experience felt inconsistent, and the price was far too high for what was offered. Javier

Old tables from the 1980s likely. Filthy carpet, food is subpar. A 3 course meal consists of a small appetizer, an already made meal they probably keep warm on the back and a small desert. Feels like the cheapest cruise ship you can be on. Do not even think about eating here. Spend your money in a great restaurant and still be cheaper.

My midday sojourn at Madame Brasserie, situated majestically on the first floor of the Eiffel Tower, was an experience of unparalleled distinction.
