The Options tab under EHB Currency settings allows you to configure how currency switching behaves in your hotel booking system.
1️⃣ Currency Aggregator
Select the service used to fetch live currency exchange rates automatically.
Options Example:
- www.finance.yahoo.com (default)
Note: Ensure the selected service is reliable and available in your region. Also you need to add API Key if you want to use Premium Aggregator.
2️⃣ Allow User Geo Location Based Currency
Enable or Disable for user geo location based default currency. It sets the user’s local currency as the default currency until the user changes it manually.
3️⃣ Payment with Selected Currency
Enable or disable payments using the customer’s selected currency.
- Yes: Customer can complete payment in the chosen currency on the cart and checkout page.
- No: Currency switcher changes display only; payment is processed in the store’s base currency.
4️⃣ Show Flag
Display country flags alongside currency codes in the currency switcher.
- Yes: Show flags.
- No: Hide flags.
5️⃣ Show Inside Menu
Choose where the currency switcher should appear in your website menus.
- Not Show: Hide from all menus.
- Menu 1, Menu 2, Rooms Menu: Display in the selected menu locations.
Note: Menu items must exist in your WordPress menus for these options to take effect.
